We advised Türkiye Wealth Fund in relation to the refinancing and upsizing of the Fund's Eur 1billion syndicated facility
Ciftci Attorney Partnership together with Istanbul offices of Clifford Chance advised Türkiye Wealth Fund in relation to the refinancing and upsizing of the Fund's EUR1 billion syndicated facility with a new syndication facility totalling EUR1.25 billion.
The Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and Citibank, N.A., London Branch acted as coordinators and HSBC Bank Plc acted as agent in the transaction comprised a total of 14 banks from countries in Asia, Europe, North America, Middle East.
