Umut advises on all aspects of corporate law, with an emphasis on both domestic and international mergers and acquisitions (M&A) across a diverse array of industries including retail, healthcare, ports and transportation, mining, and logistics.

He has extensive experience in public and private M&A, private equity investments, joint ventures, and capital market transactions. He also provides general corporate law related advice to domestic and multinational companies.
