Başar Kırka is a senior associate in our global financial markets team (having worked in our London and Istanbul offices) and has represented banks, financial institutions, IFIs, DFIs, ECAs and sponsors in numerous prominent deals comprising project financings, including PPPs, infrastructure, transportation (motorways, ports, railways and airports), energy projects, oil and gas, as well as EPC+F financings, ECA financings, privatisations, acquisition financings and equity & debt offerings.
